Crispy fried bananas (recipe HOTEL)
Pisang Goreng Rangup


 


2 cups rice flour
2 cups flour
5 tablespoons of coconut milk (milk cartons)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tsp ground turmeric (color)
1 egg

enough water
2 tablespoons margarine - heated to a liquid and cooled.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Combine all ingredients except water and melted margarine.
2. Add water little by little until the mixture thickens .
3. Add melted margarine and mix well
4. dip the bananas and fry in hot oil.

* This dough can be used to fry mushrooms, sweet potato, jackfruit, bread, soybean etc.
